In Mercator will we built 44 spacious apartments, 26 mid-rental apartments. The apartments are spread over two residential buildings. Both buildings have a beautiful green inner garden.

This is the piece of land between the Poststraat and the Doorbraak. In the Image Quality Plan that was adopted in May 2022, a new urban design has been created for this piece of land in particular. Based on the new urban design, the municipality will formulate the requirements (the framework) that a plan for this piece of land must meet.
